Biometric Data
We use AWS Rekognition face comparison technology for profile verification. Biometric data is processed securely, stored temporarily for verification only, and automatically deleted after processing. You can opt out of face verification features in settings.
User Communications
All messages, photos, and content shared between users are encrypted. We do not read or analyze private messages except when necessary for safety, legal compliance, or when reported by users.
Location Services
We collect location data only when you explicitly grant permission. Location is used to show nearby matches and events. You can disable location services at any time through your device settings or app preferences.
Payment Information
Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Stripe). We do not store credit card numbers or banking information on our servers.
Marketing Communications
You may opt out of promotional emails by clicking 'unsubscribe' or updating preferences in settings. Transactional emails (security alerts, account updates) cannot be disabled.
Data Minimization
We practice data minimization by collecting only information necessary to provide our services. Unused data is automatically purged according to our retention schedule.
